On Beads of Prayer is an international non-profit ministry begun at St. Alban's Parish in the Episcopal Diocese of Washington. We are dedicated to helping you grow in your spiritual journey by experiencing the time-honored joy and mystery of praying with beautiful, blessed, handmade Anglican or Protestant prayer beads. We envision a ministry that will help organizations and individuals enhance their prayer lives.

• How to Pray Using Prayer Beads
• How to Make Prayer Beads
• Training Others to Lead Workshops
• How to Start a Prayer Bead Ministry in a Parish or Group
• Making Prayer Beads for the U.S. Military in the Middle East

We seek to help all those who yearn to deepen their prayer life.

The work of the ministry is conducted by many volunteers from various parishes and churches, and augmented as necessary with professional support. We actively seek and welcome volunteers to lead workshops, string beads, and provide administrative and computer assistance. We greatly rely on our wonderful volunteers who give generously of their time and love.

We offer a wide variety of beautiful prayer beads that will allow you to reach into the calm, still place deep inside your heart, mind and soul, to deepen your prayer time with God.

We are governed by a Board of Directors. All donations to On Beads of Prayer are tax-deductible under section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service Code, to the extent provided by law.
